Job Title: Sales Representative Spices & Coffee
The core task is the acquisition of new customers as well as further business development in the field of coffee, spices and nuts.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Seeking out and acquire new clients and establish successful commercial relationships
- Negotiating contracts on price, quality, delivery terms and specifications
- Developing and implement commercial strategies to grow the business and to increase the client base
- Representing of our company at fairs and trade shows
- Managing and reporting risks associated with contracts including in-depth understanding of possible client and market risks
- Coordinating operation procedures with our office and sales team based in Vietnam
- Understanding of financial details of international trade transactions.
- Analyzing market and report
- Managing office and maintenance
- Reporting weekly/ monthly to the management
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in international trade, economics, or related field
- Minimum of 1-2 years experiences in international sales
- Experienced in the acquisition of new, unknown customers and in telemarketing
- Understanding of the global coffee and/or pepper supply chain including production, processing, shipping and manufacturing
- Knowledge of the US market structure for coffee, spices and nuts.
- Knowledge of contract terms and of import/export and logistics processes
- Basic knowledge of trade & general law, VAT regulations, as well as international trade.
- Knowledge of futures and hedging
- Ability to work independently; entrepreneurial sales team
- Excellent communication skills and cultural awareness
- Fluent in English
- Willingness to travel on short notice worldwide.
